This session will highlight the characteristics of 21st Century instruction by revisiting the purpose and values of early classroom models in comparison to the shifting needs of today’s learners. Wilson Elementary School is used as a focal point to showcase how dynamic principal and teacher leadership can quickly transform a school culture. Participants will see how integration of technology is used to spark creativity and collaboration among students and staff, resulting in engagement, excitement, and ownership of learning.
