Bill conceptualized and launched what became one of the largest media entertainment networks in Canada resulting in the sale of 3 businesses over a 15-year period.

Currently, Bill is CEO of TeachMe, a developer of advanced educational games and apps. TeachMe reaches over 1 million students across its suite of products and a Global Partner on Facebook's Internet.org platform.

Previously, Karamouzis developed AddictingGames into one of the most visited websites in the world. In 2005, AddictingGames was acquired by Atom Entertainment in a roll up strategy and within a year was acquired by Viacom for 200 million dollars.

In 2008 Bill founded Hallpass Media which grew to over 6 million gamers monthly before being acquired by SGN - Social Gaming Network. This sale received coverage in the New York Times, All Things D, TechCrunch, Venture Beat and other publications. SGN is now one of the largest mobile gaming companies in the world with over 500 million installs.

In addition to his role as CEO of TeachMe, Bill a noted public speaker and mentor on entrepreneurship, startups and web development. Bill holds an MBA from Queen’s University.
